- All items are brand new.
- Postal charges are included in the prices stated and all prices are non-negotiable.
- First come first serve basis.
- Emails will be replied within 24 hours.
- Payment must be made within 48 hours after confirmation or else the item will be released to other buyers.
- Items sold are not returnable nor exchangeable.
- We are not responsible for the damages or losses incurred by the courier service.
- For customers who opt for COD, the meeting time is decided by us.
For Pre-order items,
- Items will take around 15-20 days to arrive. Sometimes it might also take more than that (eg: a month or so) depending on the efficiency of our suppliers and also the customs.
- For items that are out of stock, we will refund the full amount.
- Do not worry about us cheating your money as we will not do such unethical things. :)
